Registration Policies

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; program spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Course fees are due at the time of registration. Full payment must accompany registrations. Payment may be made in the form of cash, cheque, or e-transfer to nectarcentregm@gmail.com. Cheques are payable to “Nectar”. A $25 fee is charged on returned cheques. 

Refunds

Refunds will be given up to two full weeks in advance of the program start date. Payments by cash and cheque will be refunded by cheque. No refunds are issued after the program has started. There will be a $25 administration charge on all refunds. Transfers are possible only before classes begin.

Privacy

We respect the right to your personal privacy. We handle and store your personal information in a secure manner to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not share information with other organizations, nor do we sell customer lists. 

Photos

We like to take pictures of our programs in session. We try our best to obtain permission from the participants or their parents at the time of registration. We use the photos of our participants in our community newsletter, on our website and in our promotional material. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know.

How to Register

In Person:

Come visit us at 255 MacKay Street between 1 and 6 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays. Payments accepted by cash, cheque (made payable to Nectar), and e-transfer to nectarcentregm@gmail.com. Payments outside of business hours can be left in our mailbox.
